What is concrete curbing?
It’s a process of creating borders or edging using concrete, integral color and release agents. It is commonly used in landscaping to define and separate different areas of a yard and planting bed.
How is it installed?
We custom mix the concrete on site with your chosen colors and then extrude the concrete with a special machine. We smooth out the curbing and then add colored patterns or stamps to your specification. Finally, we use a sealer to protect the curb from the elements.
Is it durable?
Yes, concrete is highly durable. It can withstand various weather conditions, however with ground shifting, cracks are a possibility. We install control joints to help the concrete flex during shifting.
